Pan European Anti-Bullying

Cartoon Network wanted to address one of childhood's most challenging issues: bullying. Our mission was to create an anti-bullying campaign that would connect with young audiences, build parental trust, and reinforce the network's commitment to children's wellbeing.

Through conversations with children, parents, experts and charities, we developed 'Cartoon Buddy Network' with Warner Media's creative team. The campaign's message "Be a Buddy, Not a Bully" came to life through partnerships with Childline and inspiring voices Tinie Tempah and Tom Daley. We created films, an engaging microsite and animated content providing practical support across EMEA territories.

The campaign reached hearts and minds, securing 97 pieces of coverage in the UK alone and reaching 16.4 million people through ES Magazine, The One Show, Press Association and First News. The campaign's impact was recognised with a BAFTA nomination for its Public Service Announcement, demonstrating its power to create positive change for young people.
